Return and Refund Policy – Trader ID

At Trader ID, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, our return policy reflects the nature of this fulfilment model.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Since all our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.
2. Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To submit a claim, email support@traderid.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and, if damaged in transit, photos of the packaging before opening
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address
Trader ID is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@traderid.com — we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
4. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible before the order enters production. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@traderid.com. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. The time for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
