Shipping Policy — Trader ID (Last updated: May 2026)

1. Print-on-Demand Production All products sold by Trader ID are made to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Each order goes through a production phase before being dispatched. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and current demand. During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), production times may be longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Trader ID does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

⚠️ Important notice: All delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events. Trader ID is not responsible for any delays beyond its control, including delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. All applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.

4. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via Printful's carrier network, which may include DHL, FedEx, DPD, Evri, and national postal services, depending on your location.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Trader ID has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Trader ID is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@traderid.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order enters production.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@traderid.com. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
