Terms of Service — Trader ID

1. General By accessing and placing an order with Trader ID, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Trader ID.
2. Products and Print-on-Demand All products sold by Trader ID are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Products are manufactured only after an order is placed. As a result, we do not hold stock and each item is uniquely produced for you.
3. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. Trader ID reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. As all products are made to order, there is a production phase before dispatch. During peak periods, production times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.
5. Shipping Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your order. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events. Trader ID does not guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for any delays beyond its control, including delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds As all products are custom-made on demand, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection — please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. Order cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged item, please contact us at support@traderid.com within 30 days of receipt. 7. Consumer Rights (EU) If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law, including rights related to the conformity of goods (Directive 2019/771/EU). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trader ID or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. User Conduct You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trader ID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU) In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers in the EU may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ODR purposes is support@traderid.com.
13. Changes to Terms Trader ID reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
